Return & Refund Policy

Neurabuds LLC SH DIGITAL


1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions described below.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to products purchased on https://neurabuds.com .


2. Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

If you prefer a different return period (14 or 60 days), tell me and I'll adjust it.

Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.


3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • With all accessories, manuals, and protective films included

  • Without signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Products that are damaged due to improper handling or accidents are not eligible for return.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Used earbuds or audio devices

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

If an item is defective upon arrival, this policy does not apply (see Section 7).

Our team will provide instructions and the return address.

Important:
Do not send the product back before receiving our confirmation, as we may not be able to process unauthorized returns.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the defect

  • Description of the issue

Depending on the case, we will offer:

  • a replacement,

  • a store credit, or

  • a refund.


8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days , depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company

  3. Processing times may vary

10. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

11. Wrong Address or Returned Items

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • we can reship the package at the customer's expense

  • refunds are not available for such cases
